• National Poetry Slam (2002) – team member of returning championship team.

• Shaptowicz Tour (2001) – toured West Coast with spoken word artist Cristin O’Keefe Aptowicz.

• SXSW (1995-2001) – performed annually at this renown music conference/festival.

• Sell-Out Po Bout (2000) – competed against Beau Sia  and Shane Koyzcan in this over-the-top poetry competition created by and hosted by Bob Holman.

• Denmark Poetry Fest (2000) – performed in association with the Writing School of Denmark.

• Slam America Bus Tour (2000) - performed for entire Midwest/ East Coast leg of this mobile poetry festival, and appears in the documentary and on CD.

• National Poetry Slam (2000) – indie semi-finalist.

• The Shappy Show (2002) – Hosts and Curated this popular Saturday night series at the BPC.

• Upright Citizen’s Brigade (2001) – was feature monologist in the ASSSCAT 3000 improv show.

• Toyota Comedy Festival (2001) – winner of the Word Wrestling Federation poetry competition.

• Chicago Comedy Festival (1998-2001)– only Chicago poet invited back to this celebrated comedy festival for four straight years.

• Midnight Bible School (1999-2000) --- wrote and performed for this critically acclaimed experimental comedy showcase located in the famous Second City Theatre.
