Happy Birthday, Snoo!
Today is my sweetie's 25th b-day! We'll have a nice meal and maybe see a movie or something. Tomorrow we go to Philly for Thanksgiving with the Nerd Thugz-The Myers boys! My first Jewish Thanksgiving! Holla!

Sunday, November 23, 2003 Well, hello fron Astoria, Queens! Me and Cristin are enjoying "two snoos weekend"! We have been relaxing and taking care of the snoo nest. Yeterday, Cristin got up early and made her Pumpkin stew! It was dee-lish! I added somes spices and cilantro and stuff and Pumpkin stew was more like Pumpkin chili! Quite a fall dish! We also supported our local economy and bought fresh bread from our local bakery! Now we're watching movies and reading the papers. Hope you're having a great weekend too! posted by Shappy at 5:45 PM

Well, it looks like I got the BPC holiday schedule worked out nice and early. Now if everyone shows up, everyone should get what they want. Thank God we have a Jewish bartender! Now we Christians can eat our X-mas hams! Weather is icky today. Cristin got a big birthday package in the mail yesterday (thanks Mom!) and got upset when I hid it! I thought she'd like more presents on her actual b-day (Nov 26). Working on some poem ideas and getting ready to head to my local comic book shop. Also, I put $100 in my savings account yesterday! Cristin says I should try and put $50 a month in but I'm gonna try $100 a month. I wish I got better interest though. posted by Shappy at 2:18 PM
Sunday, November 16, 2003 Last night was the release party for Celena Glenn's new CD. It was really fun to be a part of it. I was the "VJ" for "Platnium Genocide". Thursday, November 13, 2003 Back in NYC, where I belong! Only a week ago I was at a screening for the David Cross DVD in a swank LA niteclub! David never showed, by the way. Today Cristin and I auditioned for the HBO Aspen Comedy Fest. I think we did pretty good although I think I really shine with a crowd at night not in front of 3 people at 2 in the afternoon. It's good to get back in the swing of things here at home. Just hanging out with snoo and working behind the bar feels pretty good. It was a weird month without Cristin around but I think we both did some great stuff during that month. Still nothing beats a night home eating pizza and playing Scrabble! I really need to update this site! The bio needs changing, I have new merch and the resume is all dated. I promise to update the diary more often! Swear! posted by Shappy at 12:34 AM

GREETINGS FROM HOLLYWOOD!
Me and snoo are in one of the coolest hotels I've ever stayed in! We have a view of the Hollywood sign from our window! It is central to all the touristy stuff! While Cristin takes meetings with studio honchos I get to walk down the Hollywood Walk o' fame! Our pal Eitan has been showing me all the cool nerd spots. I picked up some great stuff including a "Total Retard" Arnold tee! Cristin got a tour of Warner Bros the other day and got to visit the Harry Potter set. They put that talking hat on her and it decided she was in Slitherin House! I am going to be reunited with all of my Chicago comedy pals tonight as I hit the IMPROV stage! It's only one of the most famous comedy clubs EVER! iI'm soooo excited! I also managed to get my shap-books on the shelves of Meltdown comics! Now my books are on both coasts and Chicago! Me so proud!
